How do I return an item?

It's so easy, here's all you need to know:

  1.       Locate the available return method(s) listed on the packing slip.
  2.       Select your preferred method of return.
  3.       Remove the original shipping label from the outside of the package and replace it with the selected return label.

Easy Returns with UPS


  1. Determine the designated return method from the side of the Easy Returns label(s) on your packing slip.  View How do I print an Easy Return label and packing slip? if you do not have the packing slip.

US Post Office: Drop off your package at any US Post Office (including your own mailbox!) To schedule a free postal carrier pick-up, visit https://tools.usps.com/go/ScheduleAPickupAction!input.action.

UPS: Drop off your package at any The UPS Store®, UPS drop box or hand it to any UPS driver. For the closest UPS drop-off location, visit UPS.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS®

*Packages over 70lbs. can only be returned with UPS.

  1. Remove the original shipping label form the outside of the package and replace it with the selected return label.  Some products shipped directly from our suppliers do not come with an Easy Returns label; in this situation please see instructions for "You Return It" below.
     
  2. Pay nothing up front.  The Easy Returns processing service charge (includes insurance) will be deducted from your credit or refund, or in the event of an exchange, we will charge your credit card:

    5lbs or less $7.95 
    $9.95 for more than 5 lbs

     
  3. VIP Easy Returns: If you used your SHOPMONEYMART.COM Card for a qualifying VIP Easy Return purchase and return it using an EASY RETURN LABEL, we'll credit your SHOPMONEYMART.COM account an amount equal to the Easy Return charge as Spendable KA$H. You Return It


Remove the original shipping label and replace it with the You Return It (may also be titled "Return on Your Own") label. 

  1. Ship the package back using the carrier of your choice. .
  2. When returning via the You Return It label, we encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment. Please save the receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.

Return shipping costs for items shipped directly from the manufacturer may vary. For ether method of return, follow the instructions below:

  1. Fill out the return reason form located on the bottom of your packing slip.
     
  • Separate the return reason form from the packing slip.
  • Complete the form to indicate what you are returning and the reason for the return.
  • Include this form inside the package.
  • If your method of payment was credit card, the refund will be submitted to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.
     

Keep a record of your purchase.Tear the packing slip along the dotted line and keep the top portion.  If you are using the Easy Return label, please write the Easy Return tracking # down and keep it with the top portion for your reference.

  1.       Pack the item for return.
  • Pack the item in the original packaging and remember to include all accessories, parts, and pieces for a full refund.
  • Include the bottom portion (merchandise return form) of the packing slip.

Returning a gift


  1. In order for us to process your gift return or exchange, contact Customer Service at 1-832-983-5377 between 8am - 1am Eastern Time.
  2. A customer service representative will be happy to assist you in receiving SHOPMONEYMART.COM Spendable Ka$h (Merchandise Credit) for your returned item.
  3. If you would like the Gift Purchaser to receive the credit, simply follow steps 1 and 2 above.

No longer have the Packing Slip


SHOPMONEYMART.COM has multiple fulfillment locations where products may need to be returned. To ensure your return goes to the correct location we recommend printing a Return Label from SHOPMONEYMART.COM.com or calling Customer Service at 1-832-983-5377 between 8AM - 1AM Eastern Time to have one sent to you or to request the return address.

Order Summary Example - Back


The order summary can include up to three return labels:

  1.       Easy Returns with UPS
  2.       Easy Returns with USPS
    - A USPS First Class label is supplied when the Postal Service is the preferred return method.
    - A UPS SurePost (UPS-MI) label is affixed to the order summary when the customer has a choice between UPS and USPS.
  3.       You Return It
    If one of the labels is missing from the order summary, it simply means that return method is not available for that product.

 

 

  •          How can I check the status of a return?

You can check the status of your return on SHOPMONEYMART.COM.com or by calling Customer Service at 1-832-983-5377 (8am -1am ET).

To determine if your return has been received, sign into your account by selecting "Sign In/Register" from the top of any page on SHOPMONEYMART.COM.com and enter your email address and password. If you are already signed in, this option will be called "ACCOUNT." Then select "Order Status" to view your recent purchases and determine if the return has been received. If the order was placed more than 30 days ago, select "Order History."

Locate the returned order on the Order Status page. Once the item has been received your order's status on SHOPMONEYMART.COM.com will change from "Shipped" to "Returned." You can click on the "Order ID" for refund details.

 

If you used our Easy Return label and you're return has not been processed, you can track its progress by clicking on "Track easy returns" on the Sign In window. You will need the tracking number to locate the order.

  •          How do I print an Easy Return label and packing slip?

You can print an Easy Return label and packing slip on SHOPMONEYMART.COM.com for most purchases that are within the return timeframe.

To print an Easy Return label with the packing slip on SHOPMONEYMART.com:

  1. Sign into your account by selecting "Sign In / Register" from the top of any page on SHOPMONEYMART.COM.com and enter your email address and password. If you are already logged in this option will be title "ACCOUNT." Then select "Order Status."
  2.  From the "Order Status" list, locate the order you'd like to return. Next to all purchases that are within the return timeframe you will find a link titled "Return Options."
  1.       When you click on the Return Options link you will have the option of returning your item via  Easy Returns (if eligible) or You Return It.
  2.       Easy Returns: If your order is eligible for Easy Returns, you can print either a UPS or USPS (when applicable) return shipping label.  Easy Return labels are prepaid and insured, making shipping the item back as convenient as possible. Just place the printed label on the package and bring it to your selected carrier. The shipping fee (specified on the return instructions) will be deducted from your credit or refund.
  3.       You Return It: If your order is not eligible for Easy Returns, you can ship your item(s) back using the Standard Returns method. You can easily print a label that includes the correct return address for the product. Note: This is not a pre-paid label and you will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance cost.
  4.       If there are no return options provided, the order is past the SHOPMONEYMART.COM return policy timeframe. If the order is within the return timeframe the package may have been shipped directly from the manufacturer and the return label cannot be reprinted on SHOPMONEYMART.COM.com. In this situation please contact Customer Service at 1-832-983-5377 (8am-1am ET).

 

  •          Can I return multiple items together?

In order for us to process your return expeditiously and ensure a swift refund, we recommend that you do not return items from different orders together. However, any items that were shipped together can be returned together in the same box.
